I don't think there was any way the service could have better. When we opened our new warehouse recently, events conspired to making us behind schedule but thanks to Alfie we were able to catch-up and open on time. Incredible. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Helpful and knowledgeable sales team. Very good contact both via phone and email. Day of install was incredible. 2 engineers arrived and completed the install and inspection within the allotted time frame, cleaned up after themselves leaving everything neat and tidy and ready to use. They also gave a tour to show the work carried out and advised us of the inspection/weight rating plate location and all relevant information.
