Small Warehouse Starter Kit

Bought online through the website, and while switching between product types was a little confusing at first, that was more down to my own inexperience than anything else. Racking is not something we buy often, so navigating the options was not the smoothest process, but there was a customer service number available for advice if needed. Once the order was placed, I received frequent automated updates on progress, and a phone call was made to advise on delivery. The pallet was well put together, the quality of the items are excellent, and I could not fault what we purchased. A small marketing box was also included, which was a nice touch. It is clear this company has thought carefully about the customer experience and delivered the kind of old-school service you often forget to expect these days. Great product, great company, great experience — I would recommend them and would happily return as a customer when the need arises

I don't think there was any way the service could have better. When we opened our new warehouse recently, events conspired to making us behind schedule but thanks to Alfie we were able to catch-up and open on time. They really pulled the stops out for us and gave great advice so we are more than happy to recommend them.
