Interpretation

Buyer - The person, firm or company who purchases the goods from the seller.

Website - The content shown on the web-site is for iiustrative purposes only and is published as a guide only and do not form part of the contract.

Contract - The buyers orders and the Sellers acceptance of it in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Goods - Any goods agreed in the contract to be supplied to the buyer by the seller.

Order - An order for the goods from the buyer to the seller.

Seller - Home Counties Storage trading as The Used Racking Company (Company Number: 03106183) whose registered address is Longwood house – 220 Abbots Road – Abbots Langley – Hertfordshire WD5 0BP.

Money Back Guarantee and Cancellation Rights

The buyer may return the goods at any time within 30 days of delivery or collection it is not satisfied with the goods. 

Goods returned as part of the sellers 30 day money back guarantee must be returned at the buyers expense for carriage.

All goods returned must be sent in the original packaging otherwise handling charges will be incurred.

Specification

The description of the goods shall be as set out on the web-site. All drawings, photographs, descriptive matter, technical data, dimensions, weights, specifications and advertising issued by the seller is issued and published as a guide and do not from part of the contract.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, website, invoice or other documentation issued by the seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller.

The seller reserves the right to discontinue any goods or to alter the specification or design of any goods.

Price

Unless otherwise stated the price for all goods shown on the web-site or quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax and shall be payable in addition to the price of the goods.

Any prices stated on the web-site also exclude any carriage charges applicable to any destination. Delivery charges will be quoted and agreed at the time of order.

In the event that the seller incurs additional costs in supplying the goods to the buyer due to unforeseen circumstances not specified or known by either party on the date of order the buyer will be responsibility for such additional costs. £15 charge applied to all orders under £150 (ex. VAT).

Payment

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation and contract payment will be required in full with order.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the seller, delivery of the goods shall take place at the address set out in the delivery note only.

The buyer will be responsible for the offloading of the goods.

Delivery will be made by the seller or a courier nominated by the seller during normal business hours (Excluding bank or public holidays). The seller may levy additional charges for any deliveries made at the buyers request outside such hours.

The seller shall be responsible for any damage, shortage or loss in transit, provided that the buyer notifies the seller within 3 days of delivery or the proposed delivery date.

Sellers Website

The buyer may access, download and store on a temporary basis pages from the sellers website solely for the purposes of ordering the goods.

The buyer must not modify any of the pages in any way and any detail on the website.

It is the buyers responsibility to virus check all materials before downloading from the sellers website.
