Some customers do not see the real potential of their own warehouse space and many just populate the space gradually over time with inefficient storage systems built around existing materials handling equipment /forklifts and then eventually think they have outgrown the space.
They do not always know what to do next for the best. Busy running their business there either never seems to be enough time to look in to it properly or they do not have a clue as to what they should do for the best.

In short, you need to invest in change.

This could be a change of forklift, one which needs less space to manoeuvre thus freeing up more floor space to create additional storage potential.

• A change in the existing racking layout to accommodate the forklift truck, or a redesign of the warehouse.
• Perhaps a Mezzanine floor will benefit them.
• Or, perhaps it is time to relocate to new premises.
